Hi my name is Theresa Tardibuono, everyone calls me Tessa. I am owner and operator of On Call HealthCare Professionals LLC. We are a healthcare staffing agency. I have been in this field for 12 years and have recently been able to take over the agency that I have worked for the past 9 of those years. Here at On Call we care about our clients and employees and strive to have great relationships with both.
We are “on call” 24/7 so no matter what time day or night you will always reach a live person. We employ Companions, Certified Nursing Aides, Certified Home Health Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses and are fully insured and boned. Ride Along Aides
We offer our fully insured and bonded aides to accompany your resident or family member to a doctors, dentist or personal appointment. Our experienced staff will report to your nursing supervisor (when applicable) or family member all instructions and information received from the appointment in the event your resident is not able to. This service is billed directly to the patient or POA.
We are a dedicated team of qualified caring professionals experienced in all phases of Hospice, Long Term and Assisted Living Care.
“On Call” employees undergo criminal background checks with the NJ State Police as well as reference checks. All state licensed employees certifications and licenses are verified by “On Call” through the New Jersey State Dept. of Health and Human Services. We are a state Licensed, bonded and fully insured staffing firm. We are Family owned and operated and caring for families in need since 2007.
